Abstract

The author analyzes the content of a collection of articles and materials «round tables» on the impact of peasant psychology on the formation and approval of Stalinism. It is noted that the range of opinions on this question is quite broad. The authors focus on the problem of interaction of traditional peasant psychology of the modernization process. Special attention is paid to subjects linked with collectivization.
