Abstract

The article is devoted to comparative textual analysis of the eschatological views of early Christians and the ancient Egyptians, mostly during the New Kingdom. We consider the relationship of the ancient cultures of the Middle East and the possibility of textual borrowing at the turn of a new era. Are examples of parallelism in the presence of religious symbols and attributes of the two cultures.
