Abstract

The article describes the problems of legal succession arising from legal entities in situations where a legal entity-construction organization is a member of a self-regulatory organization, paid the contribution to the compensation fund in full, joined the assignee, there are analyzed the judicial practice and the legal essence of membership in a self-regulatory reorganization and the issue on the scope of transfer of these rights to the assignee.
