Abstract

The author analyzes the norms of the current legislation and some problems of application of the agreement on the payment of alimony as a tool for regulating relations for the maintenance of minor children. The author places special emphasis on the problem of the balance between the interests of the state and parents in ensuring the maintenance of a minor child.
