The article analyzes the provisions updated during the constitutional reform and highlights the development guidelines in the environmental sphere. The author notes the strengthening of the ideological mechanism, which acts as an element of the spiritual culture of society and performs the function of the spiritual and moral basis of the material life of a person by increasing the role of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental culture dissemination.Downloads
