Abstract

The article poses a debatable problem about changing approaches to proving in cases related to the provision of medical services, the need for wider use of the capabilities of information technology and the introduction of artificial intelligence for forensic medical examination. The issue of recognizing lies and true intentions when applying to the court in cases of liability for the provision of medical services is touched upon.
