Abstract

The latest changes made to the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ “On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to meet state and municipal needs” and by-laws are analyzed, their essence is revealed. An opinion is expressed about the gradual transition of relations related to the execution, modification and termination of the state contract, from imperative methods to dispositive ones.
