On the structure of protective norms of law

The article analyzes the main approaches to the definition of the structure protection regulation from the standpoint of the allocation of the logical rules of law and rules, regulations; use formal legal method, which allows to consider the structure of the enforcement of the law based on the mechanism of legal regulation and characteristics of legal technology; structure protection regulation is analyzed on the basis of mathematical receiving formal logic by checking the validity of legal statements.Downloads
