Abstract

The article substantiates the possibility of effective application of a synergistic approach when building a system of complex psychological support for the training process and competitive activity in sports. The main content is devoted to the essence of psychological support of the athletes' training process and the application of a synergetic approach to solving this problem is theoretically justified
