Abstract

The article deals with the problem of possible evaluation of scientific productivity of teachers (on the example of the faculties of Bryansk State Technical University) using the developed integral criterion, including scientometric indicators of publication activity and citation for the purpose of rating teachers and faculty departments. The research is based on the scientometric information paradigm of the integral assessment of scientific productivity of researchers and teachers using a weighted summation of indicators of publication activity and citation of authors, taking into account age cohorts and the specifics of branch scientific specialties. The study uses data from domestic and foreign scientometric databases for all departments of faculty. Based on theoretical and experimental research, it was revealed how the publication activity of teachers can be compared taking into account age cohorts and scientific specialties
