Abstract

The paper considers the psychological factors that contribute to improving the efficiency of the leader in extreme management situations. The concept of extreme management situations is substantiated, it is shown that management activity is complex-combined in it. It has been established that many managers, due to lack of professionalism, are a kind of "generators" of extreme managerial situations
