Abstract

The article presents the results of studying the features of the value - semantic sphere of employees of an educational organization in the conditions of digitalization. On the basis of the theoretical model of studying the value - semantic sphere of employees of an educational organization in the conditions of digitalization, the formulation of criteria, justification and selection of diagnostic tools were carried out. Using the example of a pilot study, during which the indicators of the CSSS of teachers, of IT specialists, teaching and support staff working at one of the state universities were studied, the research methodology was illustrated and the results of the identified features of the CSSS were shown
