FEATURES OF CONSTRUCTIVE INTERACTION OF STUDENTS AND TEACHERS IN EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF THE COLLEGE

The article discusses the features of constructive interaction between the subjects of the educational process in the system of secondary vocational education. An analysis of theoretical approaches to the understanding and content of constructive interaction between a teacher and a student is presented. As a result of an empirical study conducted on the basis of the Perm Construction College, the features and problems of the functioning of the system of relationships between the participants in the educational process were identified. Projective methods and a questionnaire in the author's modification were used as stimulus material. As a result of the study, the strategy of pedagogical communication, the prevailing style of communication between the teacher and the student, the degree of satisfaction of the teacher with the conditions of professional activity, the psychological portrait of the ideal college teacher and the current emotional state were determined.
