Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of formation of teachers’ professional competence teachers in the field of psychological and pedagogical support for children with disabilities. The following methods were used as research methods: the study of legal documents regulating the sphere of education; analysis of contemporary case studies and methods of teachers’ training. We indicate the key points for the modernization of the theoretical and practical training of specialists in accompanying children with disabilities. We also discuss organizational and methodological aspects of increasing teachers’ professional competence in the field of comprehensive support for children with disabilities
