Abstract

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the psychological aspects of control activity management. The main method of research was the survey of managerial personnel with experience in monitoring and managing control activities. The peculiarities of the attitude to external and internal control in the organization, the relations that develop between the subjects and objects of control, the level of their competence and conflict are revealed. The general characteristics of conflicts arising in the implementation of control activities are determined. Psychological features of control activity management, as well as personal and professional qualities and skills necessary for the subjects of control activity management to ensure its effectiveness are determined. It has been experimentally proved that the implementation of any type of control activity requires effective management, mandatory consideration of psychological factors affecting control and management
