Abstract

The concept of soft skills is considered, a group of flexible skills of younger schoolchildren is highlighted. The criteria and levels of diagnostics of future first-graders, a diagnostic complex for pedagogical diagnostics of flexible skills of younger schoolchildren are presented. The theoretical characteristics of the stages of pedagogical diagnostics of soft skills in the context of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard are substantiated. According to the results of the study, the effectiveness of the use of pedagogical diagnostics of flexible soft skills as conditions for the propaedeutics of professional self-determination of the younger ones is shown
