Abstract

The study of psychological predictors of formation of a conceptual model of the control object for maintenance and repair personnel on the basis of two electric grid companies: the joint-stock company LOESK - Electric Networks of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region (JSC «LOESK») and the open joint-stock company Network Company Republic of Tatarstan (OJSC «Network Company»). A factor analysis is carried out and a factor is identified that affects the composition of a conceptual model of the control object. Predictors are identified that affect the professional activities of maintenance personnel of electric grid companies
