Abstract

The potential of the content and methodological aspects of the study of local history of the period under study is revealed. The activity of Zemstvos is studied and their role in attracting teachers to the preparation of local history literature is shown. The article analyzes the best experience of training teachers and providing them with methodological assistance in teaching local history
