Abstract

Results of researches of the main psychological determinants of effective management of personnel work of the scientific organization are presented. The state of the research problem is analyzed, the main psychological determinants are revealed. The role of psychological competence of personnel workers, which is the basis for the development of the necessary professionally important qualities – the ability to predict, reflexivity, tolerance to uncertainty. The leading role of defining the motivation for scientific activity and resourcefulness of scientific workers in management of personnel work is demonstrated
