Presents an theoretical analysis of the basics of functioning of the principles of social responsibility in the framework of the organization through the prism of moral obligations in relation to its staff. Based on existing studies, the importance of the moral and ethical side of social interaction in personnel management is shown, and the corporate social responsibility policy, while not directly affecting the quality of life and well-being of employees, nevertheless acts as a significant motivating factor in the framework of professional activities.
