Abstract

Is devoted to identifying the factors of professional burnout of social workers, whose knowledge can contribute to their timely identification and improvement of the system of measures aimed at preventing this phenomenon. The classification is used, according to which objective and subjective factors of professional burnout of social specialists are singled out. The study made it possible to establish the relationship between professional burnout of social service employees with satisfaction with work, emotional burnout and level of subjective control
