Abstract

The professional and ethical culture of the employee of internal Affairs bodies as a social and pedagogical phenomenon is considered. A version of the content of professional and ethical culture in its pedagogical context is proposed. The analysis of the variants of its structural components proposed by the researchers is carried out. On the basis of allocation of the General in approaches of authors to filling with the contents of professional and ethical culture, the own version of structural components of professional and ethical culture of employees of law-enforcement bodies is offered
