Abstract

The article presents an overview of domestic and foreign periodization of the professional formation and realization of the personality in work, describes the forms of transformation of the psychological contract of subjects. The empirical data of the study of the psychological contract of labor subjects at different stages of professional ontogenesis are analyzed, which represents a novelty in the study of an implicit agreement and the basis for practical organizational measures to optimize the psychological contract. Studies were conducted by the author in the period from 2008 to 2018
