The article discusses the features of the professional communication development in the foreign language teaching. The specificity of the modern educational situation, which determines the new contexts of the teacher's activity, is highlighted. The authors present the development of professional career as a continuous process, which is based on a combination of forms of long-life education - formal, non-formal and informal. The article offers the review of typical difficulties arising in the summarizing the results of professional activity of teachers of the Ministry of Defence secondary educational organizations. The authors show the necessity for teachers to improve their skills in selecting the content of educational material, technologies and methods that enable them to motivate students to specific educational activitiesPublished
