Abstract

The article presents the components of the management culture of the social sphere specialist and the possibility of using foreign models and practices of social organizations in the development of management culture for the development of educational programs. Based on the analysis of foreign experience, promising blocks for the training program for the development of management culture in public organizations were developed and presented. Features of domestic practices and experience of the regional public organization on implementation of programs of development of administrative culture of leaders of the social sphere are shown, results of research on implementation of programs of social education in this direction are given, the conclusion about need of development of new components of administrative culture taking into account modern trends and new administrative competences is drawn
