Abstract

The system is developed and influence of use of network technologies on effectiveness of educational process in higher education institution is revealed. The analysis of results of skilled and experimental work on the organization of educational network space on the basis of regional higher education institution by means of use of social networks with orientation to improvement of quality of formation of the studying higher education institutions by means of use in educational process of the Moodle system, the system of VKontakte, by means of web quest of technology and by means of e-learning technology is submitted. Students of various faculties of the Gorno-Altaysk state university participated in a research. For diagnostics the complex of techniques was used: technique of assessment of information and communicative competence of students of L.A. Alkova, technique of formation of graphic culture of students of I.V. Chugunova, technique of assessment of information and communication competence of the identity of A.A. Temerbekova. Mathematico-statistical methods of processing of the obtained data were focused on check of the made hypotheses of the statistical importance of the received results for the purpose of determination of reliability of results of an experiment was carried out with use of t-criterion of Styyudent
