Abstract

Analyzed are methodological and applied aspects of self-assessment and self-concept of cadets of the departmental educational institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The mobilizing forces are considered as creative motivation or self-motivation and as destructive motivation or self-motivation, affecting the behavior of the individual cadet. The distinctive features and features of self-esteem and self-concept among cadets of a departmental university are described. These studies characterize the self-esteem of young cadets. It is concluded that self-esteem is a central education of the individual, in many respects influencing and shaping the self-concept of the cadet
