Abstract

This article covers the investigation of the interpersonal perception strategies which are used by teachers, consulting psychologists and students of the psychological and technical specialties. It was ascertained that the development level of interpersonal perception strategies is higher for teachers-experts in comparison with teachers with low level of professional skills. The first ones tend to more adequately evaluate most of their pupils’ personalities which characterize their motivational sphere, knowledge, self-esteem, will, emotions and intelligence.
