Abstract

Results of research decision-making determinant by employees of regional government of the Ministry of Emergency Situations across the Tver region influencing decision-making in professional activity – the level of reflexivity, subjective control, personal factors of decision-making (rationality and tendency to risk), individual type of thinking are presented in article. Selection was made by 3 groups of examinees depending on the official status: officers of an administrative board of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia across the Tver region; young officers-university graduates of Emercom of Russia of 2015 and fire rescuers of FGKU «Specialized Rescue and Fire Fighting Part of a Federal Fire Service across the Tver Region»
