Abstract

The article analyzes the role of the secondary school in the general system of the students self determination in Germany. The authors consider that the carrying out vocational guidance in the German system of education is noteworthy because is distinguished by system, creativity, the formation of physical and psychological readiness of school students to practical activities, and also formation of the skills necessary in future professional activity and independent life. The writer shows the importance to accurate system of work of the main school and public organizations in carrying out vocational guidance. The article describes the educational and nonlearning forms of the organization of professional self-determination in the main German schools for the purpose to apply them selectively into the Russian system of education.
