Abstract

The article presents the results of experimental research that describe importance of studying the link of motivation and professional competencies as a basic for the effectiveness of the activities. The specificity of the activities by representatives of supporting professions. There are list of competencies of supporting professions such as clinical psychologists, specialist in social work and etc., that they own, use and are important. Professional competencies that respondents are held will determine their motivation. The relationship between intrinsic motivation with a focus on success and professional competencies.
