Abstract

The article studies features and practices of implementing career guidance services. It gives a detailed description of career guidance and its influence on educational services as well as on the labour market. Career guidance is an important aspect of the educational process in Russia, especially in vocational education and training. However, the concept of career guidance in Russia is underdeveloped. The article considers a variety of solutions to the existing problems and emphasizes the importance of cooperation with European stakeholders
