Art pedagogic possibilities in transformation of subject’s interpersonal conflicts of educational process reveal in article. Emotionally-perceptive processes causing motives choice of this or that individual activity in a conflict situation carry out function of integration, internal concept, uniting the hereditary, genetic and social, gained subject experience.Randomness of actions in inconsistent situations depends on features of person’s reflection and creative potential, which developments is effectively possible in the conditions of art-pedagogic practice of values realization of life and self-education priorities
