Abstract

The article offers an acmeological model of the process of psychologist’s professional training in the system of higher education.The effectiveness of professionalism is determined by the influence of identification – isolation mechanism. The interactive communicative situation between the future specialists and their trainers forms the system - making element of acmeological model, while performing various kinds of professional psychological activities
