Abstract

For the first time in the region held a scientometric and bibliometric analysis of State universities of Tver (Tver region), registered in the database RINC. In a comparative aspect is their place among research organizations and higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation. Discussed the role and importance of naukovedčeskoj methodology in psychology adjustment thinking of teachers and researchers to improve higher education in the region
