Abstract

The article considers a problem of the pedagogical organization of cultural and leisure works among student`s youth in conditions of social and cultural educational environment as a mechanism of realization competence approach in higher school, which has become to one of the main requirements to quality of modern education. The analysis of cultural and leisure preferences of student youth was carried out, promoting a better organization of cultural and leisure works in higher school, which connected with one of the main educational objectives – socialization of the person, its labor employment, the organization of free time that is one of requirements of FGOS VPO for formation both professional and common cultural competences directed on development of student`s person
