In this publication examined the factors, trends and controversies of the evolution of the conceptual foundations of the Russian nobility formation of the first quarter of the XIX century. Analyzed the value priorities of elite education. Described the role of the state and society in determining the ideological basis of the content of privileged aristocratic education
