Abstract

This article is an attempt to reveal effective ways of moral and cultural growth of personality. A new methodic foundation is being proposed – the attitudeto-activity approach to education and socialization of oncoming generations, emphasizing the quality of psychological conditions inside this process that is determined by level and nature of attitudes built-up during joint work
