AXIOSEMANTIC STUDY OF THE CORE LEVEL OF LEADER’S CONSCIOUSNESS

The paper presents the study of the core level of leader’s consciousness. This level is very difficult for analysis representing implicite, taken for granted beliefs, which all the same have considerable effect on organizational behavior. A new axiosemantic method based on experimental psychosemantics, personality psychology and axiology is elaborated. The method enables to study the content and structural characteristics of the mentioned core level. Systems of axiosemantic representations of “global mindset” have been revealed. It was demonstrated, that the efficiency of organization is determined by high correlation between manager’s and subordinates’ axiosemantic representations.
