Abstract

The article offers an insight into new approaches to designing the modular structure and content of training programmes for workers to meet the needs of advanced companies in skills and competences. The explored methodology pressuposes the use of corporate occupational standards and is presented on the example of the RUSAL Company. The methodology of implementation of modular competence-based programmers is described, including effective teaching and learning methods and techniques of assessing acquired competences
