THE PSYCHOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE STRUCTURE OF THE LEADERSHIP

Abstract

The paper presents the study of the structure of leadership at group and organizational levels. It has been demonstrated that traditionally identifies fuctions of leadership (task orientation and care for personnel) determine the success of leadership only at the low (group) level of management. At higher levels (i.e. at the level of organizational leadership) the success of managers is based on the profile of used and available power resources and his/her values. The data obtained give grounds to state that two factor models that dominate in today research and practice have serious restriction while being used at organizational level
