Abstract

The article deals with the dynamic forms of adaptation of graduates of the university teacher as a manifestation of life young professionals, with which he overcomes the contradiction between the well-established methods, forms, relationships, adopted in the existing professional team and the new conditions. According to the results of empirical research provides characteristics of the five forms of dynamic adaptation of graduates employed in specialty.
