Abstract

The article shows the main results of the initial complex research stages, the suggestions concerning their usage and application as well as prospects of further research. The realized RGNF project and the conceptof developing a regional occupational training quality assessment and monitoring system within the period 2012-2016 involve the principles of quality assessment and monitoring in education, quotients system and mechanisms of occupational training quality assessment in the region
