Abstract

Reform of the Russian high education system implies various aspects, including integration of the Russian universities into the European Higher Education Area. This integration has been achieved via Russia’s participation in Bologna process and with financial support from the EU Tempus Programme. This article is devoted to the importance of Tempus projects to the Russian education system. Case of School of International Relations, Saint Petersburg State University, has been evaluated in order to determine influence of Tempus projects on the Russian universities.
