Abstract

Such problems of integration of Russian universities in European higher education as mobility, approaches to quality assurance, motivation of participants are indicated in this article. Strong sides of Russian education system (unity of the educational process andscientific research, student’s participation in management of educational process and university, student’s participation in training of pro-active approach to life) are shown. Analyzing influence of Tempus project on formation of changes in Ural Federal University. Generalized experience in creation of main educational programs in context of changeover to third generation’s Federal State Educational Standards (FSES)
