Abstract

Topical problems of academic mobility development at regional universities are specified in the article. The authors analyze terminology relating to the issue under discussion and identify reasons for enhancing academic mobility. On the basis of the performed research at Ivanovo State University, the authors pinpoint barriers that impede academic mobility at a regional university.
