Abstract

This paper observes the key notes technologies for quality assurance in Higher Education abroad and in Russia. It’s necessary to determine the common language and terms definition for mutual understanding best of all the basic terms: «learning outcomes», competences, study programs. This article is the sample of comparativistic approach to modernization national education system.
