Abstract

Article is devoted to the connection of the quality assurance in education and competitiveness of the country. In the framework of methodology for assessing competitiveness of the World Economic Forum (WEF) the influence of indicators measuring quality assurance to improve the competitiveness of the country was measured. Tempus projects can improve quality of university education. The example of St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance shows the impact of Tempus projects on the creation and successful implementation of joint curricula.
