Abstract

In article results of research of features of career orientations of young experts-teachers at a stage of professional adaptation are presented. By results of research it has been revealed that dominating orientations in a choice of career of young teachers are «stability of a place of work», «service», «integration of styles of life», and the least important – «business» and «management».
