Abstract

This article is very urgent, first of all, the special significance of political participation of young people in modern Russia. This article provides for the basic outcomes of comparative analysis of the survey of socio-psychological characteristics of the youth party activities motivations depending on an ideological component of a political party. Analysis of principal approaches to political activity of the youth was held in modern nonfiction literature; it contains the assessment of state, direction and efficiency of work of the youth divisions of Liberal and Democratic Party of Russia and Communist Party of the Russian Federation. And the aspects of directions and efficiency of work of the youth divisions of the Liberal-Democratic Party of Russia as well as the Communist Party of the Russian Federation were appraised.
